Spinning Reels
Spinning reels are intended to work best with spinning rods and are so adaptable for use in saltwater fishing that they may be used for anything from light inshore fishing to heavy offshore saltwater fishing.
Anodized aluminum, high tensile stainless steel, or graphite are some examples of corrosion-resistant materials that could be used in the construction of spinning reels that are intended for usage in saltwater environments. Titanium, ceramic, and carbon fiber are a few examples of other materials that have the potential to withstand the corrosive effects of saltwater for an extended period of time.
